The Pi Phi membership experience often begins with participation in sorority recruitment at a college or university. While the process varies by campus, the cornerstones of our sisterhood are shared by every Pi Phi chapter. Indiana Epsilon participates in Spring recruitment. This is held during the last week of January and proceeds over the course of 4 days. Day 1 is Sisterhood Round, on Day 2 PNMs learn about each chapter's philanthropy, and Day 3 is Preference Round. Finally, on the fourth day of the recruitment process, each woman gets to open their bid! Every year we look forward to this process and sharing all aspects of our chapter with PNMs, including our values, philanthropy, and the sisterhood that fills our home.
